The Board of Commissioners usually meet the last Monday of every month, except for May and December, between 9 am and 11 am. The meeting in May is the Monday before Memorial Day and there is no meeting in December. The meetings are held at CMHA’s Board Room located at 65 S Market St Batavia, OH 45103. REQUEST TO SPEAK AT BOARD MEETING
To make a request to speak at the Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) Board of Commissioners’ Meeting, individuals must complete and submit the form below at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting.
All requests must include:
- Board Meeting Date
- Reason for Request
- Name of Speaker
- Organization of Speaker (if applicable)
- Address, Phone Number and Email Address
- Title/Organization Represented (if applicable)
- Signature of the Speaker and Date Signed

All requests must include a topic/reason or the request will be denied. Speakers are given ten minutes to address the Board. Registration confirmation will be provided once all required information is received.
