May 12, 2026 – Veterans Surge Event
CMHA held an event at the Village of Batavia’s community center. The event was held in collaboration with the Veterans Administration to have a SURGE event for homeless veterans.

June 1, 2026 – Opening the Lifelong Learning Center
CMHA is working in collaboration with Clermont Senior Services to reopen the Lifelong Learning Center at Bethel Woods Community Center. Seniors from Bethel Woods and the surrounding community will be offered activities, for free, four days a week. June 11, 2026 – Donation by Park National Bank for the Veterans Village
A special shout out to Park National Bank who donated $15,000 for the Veterans Village. It really does take a Village to build one!
June 23, 2026 – Opening of the 3-bedroom Public Housing and 1-bedroom ADA Public Housing Wait Lists
Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is happy to announce that we are opening the 3-bedroom and 1 bedroom ADA Wait Lists on June 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. These are both for the public housing program, which means the applicant, after they reach the top of the wait list and after they pass the screening process, will be offered a unit owned by CMHA. June 30, 2026 – Groundbreaking for the Veterans Village
