How to Apply for Housing & Open Wait Lists

The following are the current Income Limits for Clermont County updated 4/02/2024

CMHA’s current open wait lists include:

PUBLIC HOUSING WAIT LISTS:

1 bedroom list – remains closed.

1 bedroom senior (62 or older) wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00 am and will close automatically when 250 applicants are received.

2 bedroom family – wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00 am and will close automatically when 250 applicants are received.

2 bedroom senior (62 or older) will close on 3/03/2025

3 bedroom family – wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00 am and will close automatically when 100 applicants are received.

4 bedroom family – wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00 am and will close automatically when 100 applicants are received.

Low Rent – 5 bedrooms will close on 3/03/2025

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAIT LISTS:

Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8) wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00am and will close automatically when 400 applicants are received.

Non-Elderly Disabled (NED) Voucher – wait list will open on 3/03/2025 at 8:00am and will close automatically when 150 applicants have been received.\

NEW RICHMOND – PROJECT BASED VOUCHERS

1- bedroom list – remains closed

2- bedroom list – remains closed

3- bedroom list – remains closed

4- bedroom list – remains closed

5- bedroom list – remains open
