Established in 1967, the Authority seeks to assist low-income families, including those who are elderly, disabled, or handicapped, with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve the quality of their lives. We are committed to operating the Authority in a caring, efficient, ethical and professional manner. The Authority will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.

Under the guidance of its 5 member Board of Commissioners, the Authority is not only committed to improving the quality of life of its residents, but also to serve as a community resource partner.
