Doing Business with CMHA

Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) provides subsidized housing opportunities to over 1,000 families throughout Clermont County, OH.  In order to provide these programs, CMHA receives over six million dollars annually from HUD to pay HAP administrative fees for the HCV Program and provide upgrades and updates to our Pubic Housing portfolio.   CMHA is always looking for new vendors (and landlords) in which to do business with who provides services and products for our program.  Doing business with CMHA is simple!

First,  let us know that you are interested by completing the attached Vendor Registration Packet. There is no charge to register and the information you provide is secure.    Once you have supplied the information, you will be added to the vendor database so in the future we will be able to contact you whenever there is an opportunity to use your services/products.

Make sure that when you submit the Vendor Registration that you indicate if your business is a Minority Owned Business (MBE), a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), or Section 3 business,  please make sure to identify your business as such in Business Classifications, License & Insurance. In addition, if your business qualifies as a Section 3 Business, submit your certification.. Certified Section 3 Businesses are entitled to receive bid preferences on certain procurement opportunities.
