Annually, Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) receives over seven million dollars from HUD to provide monthly housing assistance to over 1,300 families in our Housing Choice Voucher, Project Based Voucher, and Public Housing programs. To ensure CMHA is obtaining the most competitive pricing, it is essential for the Authority to form strong business partnerships with vendors who provide quality services and products. CMHA utilizes this nationwide e-procurement website to better communicate status updates with current business opportunities with interested vendors. The Marketplace is 100% free for a Vendor to use.
