Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of general maintenance and management experience.   This position will work closely with the Maintenance and Modernization Supervisor (M&MS) to prioritize and develop a plan of action to turn vacant units, organize and motivate employees to efficiently address work orders, oversee the completion of repair work, must be able to complete plumbing and other general electrical repairs, manage capital fund deadlines while working within budgetary requirements.  Must possess a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug and criminal background check.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years of general maintenance knowledge including vacancy turns, repair work, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry/drywall, and painting. Must possess a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug and criminal background check. May lead to a full-time, permanent position.
