CMHA is currently looking for someone who will be a perfect fit for our team.
The Maintenance Clerk is a full-time position who will report directly to the Maintenance & Modernization Supervisor.
* Your office will be located in Bethel, OH at the Maintenance Shop.
This position includes the following job duties:
· Coordinating and scheduling of inspections and reinspection of all property owned by CMHA or property subsidized under the HCV Program
· Opening, closing, and monitoring active work orders for property owned and managed by CMHA
· Complete tasks associated with procurement efforts (creating scopes of work, creating advertisements, vendor outreach, etc)
Skills needed:
· Customer service focused
· Strong decision-making and organizational
· Ability to multi-task, while working independently to meet established deadlines
· Experienced in WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
· Be able to cope with culturally diverse individuals
· Able to break down complex program rules in a way the general populace can understand
Pay Range: $17.50 – $18.00, pay will be compatible with experience
Pay Increases available after 90 and 180 days based on performance, then annually

Vacation and Sick benefits start on first day of employment
Abbreviated 37.5 hour work week
Work Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All office close from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. for lunch break.
